1. Identification

The owner of the property is Carmen Luna López, domiciled in Málaga (Andalusia), holder of the Tourist Use Dwellings (VUT) registered with the Junta de Andalucía:

2. Booking and Confirmation

The booking is confirmed once payment of the agreed amount, or the corresponding deposit according to the platform used, has been received. The guest will receive written confirmation with the details of the stay.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Changes to these times are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

4. Maximum Number of Occupants

The property has a maximum capacity as stated in the listing. This number may not be exceeded under any circumstances. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

The applicable cancellation terms are those shown at the time of booking, according to the platform or channel used. For direct bookings: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of duly proven force majeure.

6. Rules of Use

The guest agrees to respect the building's community rules, keep the property in good condition, avoid activities that disturb neighbors, and not hold unauthorized parties or events. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Damages and Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay. The property owner is not responsible for losses, theft, or items left behind during the stay.

8. Pets and Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets may be admitted subject to prior express authorization.

9. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Statement of Apartamentos Melina Arlu and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD).

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Málaga.
