• 🤝 Please respect the apartment, shared areas and neighbours as you would your own home.
• 👥 The maximum occupancy indicated for each apartment must be respected, including visitors.
• 🔇 Keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed.
• ⚡ Switch off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when not in use. Do not leave the air conditioning on when the apartment is empty.
• 🌡️ Air conditioning temperature must remain within legal limits (summer 26 °C / winter 21 °C) and with windows closed.
• 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• 🐾 Pets are not permitted.
• 🛋️ Please take care of the furniture and equipment. Any damage or issues should be reported as soon as possible.
• 🏖️ Towels are for indoor use only and should not be taken outside the apartment.
